2. User Responsibilities

• Users agree not to use the system for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Users are responsible for any content they submit, such as profile details or uploaded files.
• Users must ensure their interactions within the system are respectful and legal.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Fees for premium features or event participation will be clearly communicated.
• Payments may be processed via FPX and others.
• Refund eligibility is determined by event-specific policies.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using Absolute Go, you consent to the collection and use of data as described.
• Users must not misuse personal data accessed through the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content and software provided by Absolute Go are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for system operation and promotional purposes (with consent).

6. System Availability and Limitations

• We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We are not liable for losses due to downtime, data loss, or system errors.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user access for violations of these Terms.
• Users may request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the system.
• Responsibility for event content and experience lies with the event organiser.

9. Changes to Terms

• Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
